Meet the participants in the 5th edition of the EWA Network mentoring Programme

We are pleased to announce the selection of the mentees for EWA's Mentoring Scheme for emerging women producers who will meet their mentors in the context of Thessaloniki International Film Festival in November 2023.


The 2023 EWA Network Producers’ Mentoring Programme proposes a career enhancement programme for emerging female producers. The Mentoring Scheme is a programme specifically aimed at producers who have already made their mark at a national level and who now wish to take the next step to a wider
European/international dimension.

The mentoring programme was launched in 2018, it allows mentees to upgrade the core skills and competencies needed in their profession such as financing, negotiating, management and business development. It is aimed at female producers established in Europe, with a proven experience of at least five years in the film production department and who are motivated to grow professionally, acquire new skills and evolve in a European environment.

Amanda de Luis



De Luis trained in the USA in the field of documentary production. Moved back to Barcelona where she is the executive producer of the international co-production feature film project Each of Us and Iceberg (doc series).

Patricia Drati

Good Company Pictures


Drati is a partner in Copenhagen based production company Good Company Pictures, where she works as a creative producer, and where she is currently developing a slate of feature documentaries.


Mette Høst Hansen

Nordisk Film


Høst Hansen’s accomplishments as a producer include Before It Ends (2023), helmed by Academy Award Winning director Anders Walter, and Hunting Season 2, the follow-up to the successful female-led comedy of 2019.

Partner and producer at Vision House. 15 years of experience in news and documentary films production, focused on business development with international partners.

Matat is an owner and a producer of Evos film. Her recent feature How Is Katia? premiered in Locarno where received two awards. Her slate comprises of projects, both local and international, in different stages of development.
