2021 EWA Network Annual Event: Meet the speakers
For the first time, we'll be celebrating our annual event in a digital edition on February 25th at 9:30 am (CET). You are very welcome!
Since 2013, EWA Network has grown as a strong and supportive community for women audiovisual professionals across Europe, organising activities for members which boost their careers and put them into a new spotlight, being present at important industry events and advocating for more gender equality measures in the European film industry.

The programme consists of two parts, kicking off with the welcome speech by EWA's Honorary President, Isabel Coixet. Then, the first part will focus on current issues of gender equality and diversity, with the keynote speaker Zita Holbourne, and a panel moderated by Paula Vaccaro, with Zita Holbourne, Helge Albers, Liisa Holmberg and Alina Serban.
As for part two – it will be broken down in two thematic talks with Tine Klint and Brigid O'Shea, designed exclusively for EWA Network’s membership. The event will close with an informal networking gathering.
Meet the Speakers
In the afternoon session, for EWA members only, we'll have a conversation with Tine Klint, CEO of LevelK, International sales and aggregation about the Challenges of Post COVID Releases and the role of the platforms.
And in a second room, a conversation with Brigid O'Shea, founder of Documentary Association of Europe. One Year of Online market & festival activities: lessons learnt.
We are looking forward to meeting you all in person, but in the meantime, we can catch up in an informal networking among EWA members and a virtual toast.
