Solomon, Bozhilova and Yershova, mentors in our programme, awarded in the Inaugural Netflix, European Producers Club Pitch Prize.Title
Six female producers from across Europe were selected for the inaugural honor prize, which provides funds to help them develop their ideas into fictional series. We congratulate the winner Anna Mannion of Ireland’s Tri Moon Films and specially EWA’s president Ada Solomon of Romania’s Microfilm, who received the second prize and the other awarded finalists Martichka Bozhilova from Agitprop in Bulgaria and Olena Yershova from the Ukraine/Turkish company Tato Film.
We are proud to have them in our mentoring programme. Also Mariela Besuievsky of Spain’s Tornasol Media and Gabriele M. Walther of German production company Caligari received a cash prize as finalists.
