New Ewa Network Mentoring Programme for emerging Women Producers
After two cycles of our Mentoring Programme for Women Producers, EWA Network is getting ready for an enlarged edition that will be presented in Trieste at WEMW in January 2020.
The new edition will start in Thessaloniki in November 2020, and in Trieste, in January 2020, EWA will organise a showcase of the success stories with participants from previous editions. Prospective mentors and future mentees will also be invited to share their views.
Mentoring is one of the most effective tools to help women grow within closed business environments. Mentees learn from experienced professionals how to join the club and neutralise the gender bias that frequently occurs.
