Speed Meetings in Series Mania
Lille 26.03.2025
On the second day of the Series Mania Forum, we enjoyed a fabulous networking breakfast with women from the series industry early in the morning. This exclusive event, organised by EWA Network and fostered by Series Mania Forum, took place at the Majestic Barrière. This was the second year of a dedicated event to enhance women's visibility and provide access to renowned women in the industry in a safe space.
The speed meetings were exclusively for women attending the Series Mania Forum in Lille. The event aimed to bring together seasoned French and international women professionals in the series industry, as well as members of PFDM and EWA Network, with other women in the audiovisual sector who wanted to meet and exchange ideas. It started with a welcoming breakfast where participants could mingle.

Sylvie de la Rochefoucauld (pfdm) and Alexia Muiños Ruiz (Executive director of EWA Network) opened the session by introducing the French and international experts, and by thanking Cyrielle Gendrey from Series Mania for her support.
The international participants and EWA members then joined a conversation with the following experts:
- Rebecca Ransley (Senior Vice President of Scripted Content Sales, BBC Studios, EMEA Markets)
- Marike Muselaers (Head of International Financing and Coproductions, Nordisk Film Production Management Team, Denmark/Sweden/Norway)
- Pandora da Cunha Telles (CEO and founder of Ukbar Filmes)

The French experts in the meeting were Isabelle Degeorges, President of Gaumont TV, who received the Woman in Series Award 2025. Léonor Grandsire, Directrice Générale Production France de STUDIO TF1, Hélène Etzi, Senior Vice President Direct-To-Consumer and Networks and Country Manager for The Walt Disney Company France; Béatrice Pacotte, General Direcotr of Shine Fiction and Sophie Leveaux, TF1's Artistic Director of Acquisitions.

We were delighted to meet up with Julie-Jeanne Régnault, newly appointed European Producers Club Managing Director.
