The Alliance of Women's Networks meet in Karlskrona.

The Alliance of Women's networks (presented at this year's Berlinale) met again in the context of Carla Think Tank, a women's networks summit  which took place in the framework of Carl International Film Festival in Karlskrona, Sweden.

Under the Swedish sun, the group composed by reps of WIFT chapters in Sweden (Helene Grandqvist, our kind host and MC), Germany (Nicole Ackermann), Finland (Jenni Koski), Denmark (Nanna Rasmussen), Iceland (Dögg Mósesdóttir), Norway (Ingebjørg Torgersen), Lithuania (Eva Brazdzionyte), Vancouver (Susan Brinton), Italy (Kissy Dugan), Georgia (Tsiala Abesadze) and EWA Network (Alexia Muiños) shared their point of view on the gender equality situation in their respective countries and at pan-European level and recapped on updates on their projects and forthcoming initiatives. On the following day, the inspired group envisaged strategies for how to achieve the 2020 goals and the organisation of a major conference  in Karlskrona in 2020, engaging key-players and decision-makers.
