Filomena Cusano
Filomena Cusano is qualified for the practice of Law in British Columbia, Canada, Great Britain and Wales and the republic of Italy. Her education includes BA by the University of Victoria, Juris Doctor by University of Victoria, Université de Nice, specialisation French and Literature, and Law at the Università degli studi di Bologna.
She has represented amongst others, a number of independent film and television producers, film distributors and US studios with a focus on film and television finance and on putting together the jigsaw of tax-based finance, loans, subsidies, TV deals and distribution pre-sales often needed to fund a production.
She is an advisor on Bank financing, Completion Guarantees.
