Hangout with Sara Gonzalo: Where Stories Come to Life and Your Budget Goes Further. Creative and Fiscal power of shooting in Spain
We are delighted to host Sara Gonzalo in a conversation about the perks of filming in Spain with an overview to present the Spanish tax incentives.
The session will cover the benefits of filming in Spain — not only in terms of locations and talent, but also the attractive tax incentives and how they can be applied depending on the type of production. Sara Gonzalo, an expert producer with over 25 years of experience in the audiovisual industry, and credits including Cable Girls, Velvet, Cocaine Coast, and the feature film One Year, One Night by Isaki Lacuesta, which was selected to compete for the Golden Bear at the Berlinale, will share her experience on how to take advantage of filming in Spain and how to partner with local production companies to achieve this.
WHAT ARE EWA NETWORK ONLINE HANG-OUTS?
Through an online space where EWA members from all around can connect and know each other, we organise once a month a meeting where an expert introduces a topic followed by Q&A and members can interact. Each meeting will last 1hour aprox and it's open to 20-25 EWA members, who can introduce themselves and participate in the following Q&A.
An invitation to join the talk will be sent to EWA members (first come, first served basis).
