European conference on diversity and inclusion in the audiovisual sector

EWA Network was invited to attend this international day conference to listen to inspirign keynotes and understand the initiatives performed in different countries crossing all audiovisual sectors.

This conference is organised by the European social partners in the audiovisual sector: the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), the European Audiovisual Production Association (CEPI), the International Federation of Film Producers Associations (FIAPF); the Association of European Radios (AER); the Association of Commercial Television and Video on Demand Services in Europe (ACT), the European Federation of Journalists (EFJ); the International Federation of Actors (FIA), the International Federation of Musicians (FIM), and the Media, Entertainment & Arts sector of UNI Europa (EURO-MEI).

From the groundbreaking keynote from Emma Balfe, Dignity and Respect Officer. Institute of Art, Design + Technology, Ireland to the statements from journalists defying the racism in the Media, including presentations from Film Agencies brigning change and inclsuion for underrepresented groups.
