The human side of international co-production: Communicating with Impact

Co-producing is as complex as marriage. So what happens when the honeymoon is over and cultural differences or unexpected issues begin to raise their head?

One of the most valuable tools to building successful collaborative relationships is effective communication. Learning to understand and navigate the interpersonal factors at play will help you to handle challenges gracefully and cultivate sustainable healthy collaborations.

In this 2 hour session, we’ll make a start at:
learning to recognize different communication styles and preferences
beginning to build awareness of cultural sensitivity
sharing useful tips and techniques for developing effective communication

This interactive workshop is part of the 2022 EWA Network Mentoring Programme for Emerging Female Producers
