European Film Awards : 8 films out of 52 directed by women

The European Film Academy and EFA Productions has announced the titles of the 52 films on this year's selection list, the list of films recommended for a nomination for the European Film Awards 2015!

With 36 European countries represented, the list illustrates the great diversity in countries but not too much gender diversity in European cinema, as only 8 films out of 52 in this pre-selection have been directed by women, among which 3 are co-directions.
