EWA Network development Award at DOK Co-Pro Market Leipzig
DOK Industry is currently accepting submissions for projects in development for their 13th annual DOK Co-Pro Market.
For the 2nd year, EWA Network will be giving an award to the best female-driven documentary film project at the DOK Co-Pro Market. The award comprises financial support as well as a one-year-long mentoring as the project is developed further.
The Co-Pro Market takes place 30 & 31 October 2017. 800 curated individual meetings are scheduled with possible co-producers, co-financiers, broadcasters and other professionals in order to finance new ambitious creative documentaries.
In addition to granting a development prize to the best female-driven project together with EWA - European Women’s Audiovisual Network, DOK Leipzig offers a travel grant for up to 1000€ sponsored by Zonta Leipzig to support the participation of a project by a female director or producer.
The deadline for submission is 1 August 2017.
