Workshop 1 : Pisa, Italy 29 June - 3 July 2016

A focus on online marketing techniques, from social media tools to email communication. Participants learnt how to develop and reach their audience, and explored how to implement successful crowdfunding strategies. Experts taught them to embrace working with and pitching to brands, whilst developing a strong financing plan combining public and private funding.

MRST4FF Alumni Claudia Tosi presented a case study, her documentary The Perfect Circle, which took off internationally thanks to the skills she learnt during 2015 edition of MRST4FF.

 

Workshop 2 :Strasbourg, France 23-27 November 2016

A focus on the latest business models for wide distribution and advanced financing.During the second workshop, Participants were presented with the latest and most innovative online distribution models. They also had the opportunity to meet professionals from local distributor (ARTE G.E.I.E.) and film fund (Eurimages), developing their network and seizing new opportunities for their projects. The workshop ended on a spectacular final pitching session, showing the progress made since the arrival at workshop 1 in Pisa.
