Roser Aguilar is shooting “Brava” in Valencia

After her succesful debut feature film "Lo Mejor de Mí" (The Best of me, Locarno Silver Leopard winner for best actress Marian Alvarez), Roser Aguilar is shooting in Valencia her second feature film, "Brava".

A woman's drama, “Brava” follows Janine (Laia Marull) who lives a relatively untroubled life despite her mother's recent death. But one day she's attacked in the subway and witnesses a rape. From then on, her easy-going life, which she begins to call into question, begins to fade.

Script is penned by EWA member Roser Aguilar and Alejandro Hernandez, scribes on Manuel Martin Cuenca's Toronto and San Sebastian player “Cannibal”.

“Brava” is co-produced by Fernando Victoria de Lecea's Iberrota Films, Barcelona-based Setmagic (Oriol Marcos) and Valencia's TvOn (EWA member Paloma Mora) and TV3, with the support of ICAA, MEDIA and ICEC. Original idea by Roser Aguilar,  sceenplay by Roser Aguilar and Alejandro Hernández.
